Kōzen-ji is a Buddhist temple belonging to the Tendai sect located in the city of Komagane, Nagano, Japan. It is one of the five major Tendai temples in the Shin'etsu region of Japan. Its main image is a hibutsu statue of Fudō Myō-ō. Kōzen Temple is situated 4½ km south of Miyada Mura.
