Minamiizu is a town located at the southern tip of Izu Peninsula in Kamo District, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 July 2019, the town had an estimated population of 8,231 in 3895 households, and a population density of 74 persons per km². Minamiizu is situated 7 km east of Mera-Koura-kō.
