Miyajima was a town located on the island of Itsukushima in Saeki District, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. As of 2019, the town had an estimated population of 1,564 and a density of 51.46 persons per km2. The total area was 30.39 km2. Miyajima is situated 3 km southeast of Akasaki.

Saeki-ku is one of the eight wards of the city of Hiroshima, Japan. The Hiroshima Branch of the Japan Mint is located here. The ward added the former town of Yuki from Saeki District on April 25, 2005. Saeki-ku is situated 8 km northeast of Akasaki.
