Jikjisa is a head temple of the Jogye Order of Seon Buddhism. It is located on the slopes of Hwangaksan in Daehang-myeon, Gimcheon, North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. It may be one of the oldest temples in South Korea. Jikjisa is situated 3½ km west of Jikjisayeok.

The official brand slogan of Gimcheon is “The Center of Korea, Gimcheon—Connected in All Directions.” The phrase Satongpaldal, literally meaning “open and connected in all directions,” is used to highlight the city’s role as a major transportation hub.
