Sancai is a town under the administration of Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Hainan, China. As of 2023, it administers six villages: Dayuan Village, Le'an Village, Niudui Village, Huashi Village, Chaomei Village, and Gangyan Village. Sancai is situated 8 km northwest of Li’an.
