Iwaki City Coal & Fossil Museum, nicknamed Horuru, opened in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan in 1984. The collection and displays relate to local fossil finds — including the plesiosaur Futabasaurus suzukii — and the Jōban coalfield, once the largest on Honshū.
