Moutoa Island is an island of shingle approximately 500 metres long, 80 kilometres up the Whanganui River, New Zealand between the towns of Rānana and Hiruharama. Moutoa Island is situated 3½ km northwest of Orongatea.

Jerusalem is situated 7 km northwest of Orongatea.
