Ōkārito Lagoon is a coastal lagoon on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island. It is located 130 kilometres south of Hokitika, and covers an area of about 3,240 hectares, making it the largest unmodified coastal wetland in New Zealand. The Forks is situated 6 km north of McDonalds Creek.

Ōkārito is a small coastal settlement on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island, 127 kilometres southwest of Hokitika, and 10 kilometres from State Highway 6. Ōkārito is situated 10 km northwest of McDonalds Creek.
