The Mārahau River is a river of the Tasman Region, New Zealand. The river originated on the eastern slopes of Mount Evans in the Abel Tasman National Park, and flows south-east towards Sandy Bay, a bay of Tasman Bay, north of the village of Mārahau.- Type: Stream

Tokangawhā / Split Apple Rock is a rock formation in Tasman Bay / Te Tai-o-Aorere off the northern coast of the South Island of New Zealand. Made of granite from the cretaceous, it is in the shape of an apple which has been cut in half. Split Apple Rock is situated 2½ km southeast of Mārahau River.
