Oruaiti is a locality in Northland, New Zealand. It lies on State Highway 10. Mangonui lies to the west, and Whangaroa Harbour to the east. The New Zealand Ministry for Culture and Heritage gives a translation of "place of small pit" for Ōruaiti. Oruaiti is situated 5 km northeast of Kenana.

It is the easternmost of the Taipa-Mangonui string of settlements, separated from Coopers Beach to the northwest by Mill Bay Road. Mangōnui is situated 6 km northwest of Kenana.
