The Bia is a river that is situated primarily in Ghana and flows through Ghana and Ivory Coast, emptying into Aby Lagoon on the Ghanaian/Ivory Coast border. A hydroelectric dam was built across the Bia at Ayamé in 1959, causing the formation of Lake Ayame.Photo: Wikimedia, Public domain.

Kétesso is a village in south-eastern Ivory Coast. It is in the sub-prefecture of Bianouan, Aboisso Department, Sud-Comoé Region, Comoé District. Kétesso was a commune until March 2012, when it became one of 1,126 communes nationwide that were abolished. Kétesso is situated 7 km northeast of Bia River.
