Noé is a town in southeastern Ivory Coast. It is a sub-prefecture of Tiapoum Department in Sud-Comoé Region, Comoé District. One kilometre east of town is a border crossing with Ghana. Noé is situated 8 km northwest of Nkasakaswaso.
