Agoué
Town
Agoué is an arrondissement in the Mono department of Benin. It is an administrative division under the jurisdiction of the commune of Grand-Popo. According to the population census conducted by the Institut National de la Statistique Benin on February 15, 2002, the arrondissement had a total population of 9589. Agoué is situated 4 km southeast of Houndjémé.

Aného is a town of 25,000 people in southeastern Togo on the Gulf of Guinea near the border of Benin. Aného is an old German colonial town, and a centre of voodoo along the West African pilgrimage route Voodoo Trail, which connects Lomé with Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso.
