Dar Chaabane is a town and a commune in the Nabeul Governorate, Tunisia on the coast of Cap Bon. In 2014, its population was 42,140. The municipality is the result of a merger in 1957 between the town of El Fehri located on the coast and the town of Dar Chaabane located in the hinterland. Dar Chaabane is situated 4½ km southeast of Aïne el Faouara.

It is one of the beautiful towns in Nabeul with beautiful beach, great weather, especially in the summer, and people come from all over the country and from Algeria to spend their summer holidays in Béni Khiar. Béni Khiar is situated 7 km east of Aïne el Faouara.

The city took its name from a nearby cape, Ras Maâmoura, though the town is mostly famous with tourists for its long beach sandy beach. El Maâmoura is situated 10 km east of Aïne el Faouara.
