Bethioua, formerly Arsenaria, Portus Magnus, Arzew, Vieil Arzew, and Saint Leu, is a port town and district near Arzew in Oran Province in northwestern Algeria. It has a gas port, petrochemical facilities and desalination plant. Bethioua is situated 7 km southeast of Fort de la Pointe.
