Isabel II Island is the central island of the Chafarinas Islands, in the Mediterranean Sea. The island is a part of Spain's Plazas de soberanía and is under Spanish control, however it is also claimed by Morocco as part of its territory alongside other Spanish overseas territories in Northern Africa.

Ras Kebdana or Ras El Ma is a town in Nador Province, Oriental, Morocco. It is a seaport, is located in the province of Nador. According to the 2014 census, it has a population of 7,580. Ras Kebdana is situated 5 km south of Chafarin Islands.
