Sidi Ouassay is a small town and rural commune in Chtouka-Aït Baha Province of the Souss-Massa region of Morocco. At the time of the 2024 census, the commune had a total population of 9,939 people living in 2,748 households. Sidi Ouassay is situated 2½ km southwest of Massa River.
