Ta’ Ħaġrat Temples

The Ta' Ħaġrat temples in Mġarr, Malta are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with several other Megalithic temples. They are amongst the world's oldest religious sites. Ta’ Ħaġrat Temples is situated 4 km northeast of Tal-Mas.

Fort Binġemma

Fort Binġemma is a polygonal fort in the limits of Rabat, Malta. It was built between 1875 and 1878 by the British as part of the Victoria Lines. The fort was illegally occupied by the Buttigieg family from 2009 till 2025, who occasionally used it as a restaurant. Fort Binġemma is situated 2½ km east of Tal-Mas.

Baħrija

Baħrija is a village in Rabat, Malta, with a low population density. The name Baħrija means moth in Maltese. It is also known in English as Baħria, of which the Counts Moscati had owned the fiefdom that was granted by the Grand Master of Malta.

Mġarr, formerly known as Mgiarro, is a village in the Northern Region of Malta. Mġarr is a rural village, isolated from nearby towns and cities. Mġarr lies west of Mosta and is surrounded by farmland and vineyards. Mġarr is situated 4 km northeast of Tal-Mas.

Manikata

Manikata is a small settlement in the limits of Mellieħa in the northwestern part of Malta. It oversees the farming areas in the valley between il-Ballut and il-Manikata. The village's population of 539 is spread among 40 families. Manikata is situated 5 km north of Tal-Mas.
