Svendborg railway station is the principal railway station serving the town of Svendborg on the island of Funen, Denmark. The station was built in 1876 for the opening of Svendborgbanen July 12, 1876.

Vindeby is a town on the island of Tåsinge in south-central Denmark, in Svendborg Municipality. It lies on the north coast of Tåsinge, across from Svendborg on the Funen side, to which it is connected by the Svendborgsund Bridge. Vindeby is situated 4½ km south of Svendborg Municipality.
