Built in the Late Romanesque style, it has frescos from the 13th and 15th centuries. Aastrup Church is situated 2 km northeast of Særslev.

Horbelev is a village some 16 kilometres northeast of Nykøbing on the Danish island of Falster. Horbelev Church, one of Falster's oldest, dates from the beginning of the 13th century. In January 2025 Horbelev had a population of 536.
