Hjerm is a railway town between Struer and Holstebro, with a population of 1,084, in Struer Municipality, Central Denmark Region in Denmark. Hjerm is served by Hjerm railway station on the Esbjerg–Struer railway line. Hjerm is situated 8 km east of Østergård.

Struer is the main town of the kommune of Struer, Region Midtjylland, Denmark with a population of 9,893. The town of Struer owes its growth to the railroad, which arrived in 1865 with Jutland's first railroad line from Århus/Randers over Viborg to Skive and Struer. Struer Municipality is situated 8 km northeast of Østergård.
