Ø is a piece of land in the valley of the Nørreå in the eastern part of Jutland, Denmark. Its name means island and probably comes from the island-like approach to this piece of land, although it is completely landlocked and surrounded by meadows. Ø is situated 3½ km northwest of Krogstederne.

Until 1 January 2007 it was the municipal seat of the former Bjerringbro Municipality and today, with a population of 7,433, it is the second largest town of Viborg Municipality, Central Denmark Region in Denmark. Bjerringbro is situated 7 km south of Krogstederne.
