Værløse is a town in Furesø Municipality in the northwestern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark. As of 1 January 2025, it has a population of 13,200. Situated on the west side of the Hillerød Motorway, between Farum Lake to the north and Søndersø Lake to the south, it is surrounded by forest on three sides. Værløse is situated 3 km northwest of Hareskovby.

Bagsværd is a middle-class suburb located approximately 12 km northwest of central Copenhagen, in the Gladsaxe Municipality. Bagsværd houses the headquarters of Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk and biotechnology company Novonesis, as well as the Baltic and International Maritime Council. Bagsværd is situated 3 km east of Hareskovby.
