Wien Meidling railway station
Wien Meidling is one of Vienna's main railway stations located at the Philadelphiabrücke. When the Südbahnhof was demolished in December 2009 to build Vienna's new Hauptbahnhof, Wien Meidling assumed the functions of the Südbahnhof and has been in the 2020s frequented by 55,000 people daily, up from its usual 45,000, making it one of Austria's busiest railway stations.| Tap on a place to explore it |

Schonbrunn Palace

Schönbrunn Palace was the main summer residence of the Habsburg rulers, located in Hietzing, the 13th district of Vienna. The name Schönbrunn has its roots in an artesian well from which water was consumed by the court. Schonbrunn Palace is situated 2 km northwest of Wien Meidling railway station.

Bahnhof Meidling is a station on U6 of the Vienna U-Bahn. Up until 4 October 2013 it was called Philadelphiabrücke. Above the U-Bahn station is the Wien Meidling railway station, which is served by long distance and regional trains, and by Vienna S-Bahn lines S1, S2, S3, S60 and S80. Bahnhof Meidling station is situated 220 metres southwest of Wien Meidling railway station.
