Andritz is the 12th district of Graz. It is located in the extreme north of the city. It has a population of 19.415 and an area of 18.47 square kilometres. The postal codes of Andritz are 8010, 8042-8046 and 8054. Andritz is situated 4½ km southeast of Graz-Umgebung District.

It is situated in the north-west of the city between the river Mur and the Plabutsch mountain and the range north of it on which the ruined Gösting Castle is located. Gösting is situated 5 km south of Graz-Umgebung District.
