It consists of the Ortsteile Beilrode, Dautzschen, Döbrichau, Döhlen, Eulenau, Großtreben, Kreischau, Last, Neubleesern, Rosenfeld and Zwethau. Beilrode is situated 3½ km west of Zwethauer Wald.
