The Kleines Meer, also called the Hieve, is a lake in East Frisia. It lies northeast of Emden on the territory of the municipality of Hinte; its southwestern shore borders on the Uphusen-Marienwehr borough of Emden, its southeastern and eastern shores on the municipality of Südbrookmerland.

The Leaning Tower of Suurhusen is a late medieval steeple in Suurhusen, a village in the East Frisian region of northwestern Germany. According to the Guinness World Records it was at one time the most tilted tower in the world, although intentionally inclined towers such as the Montreal Tower far surpass it. Leaning Tower of Suurhusen is situated 2½ km northwest of Neuburg.
