The Dömitz Fortress is a bastion fort in Dömitz, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It was built by John Albert I, Duke of Mecklenburg-Güstrow, between 1559 and 1565, to secure Mecklenburg's border. Dömitz Fortress is situated 3½ km south of Heidhof.
