Bad Hersfeld station is a through station in Bad Hersfeld in the German state of Hesse on the Frankfurt–Göttingen railway. The first station was opened in 1866 and the current station building was completed in 1883.

Bad Hersfeld is a town in North Hesse that Hersfeld is known across Germany for the Bad Hersfelder Festspiele. The festival has taken place each year since 1951 at the ruins of a monastery which are said to be Europe's biggest Romanesque church ruin.
