It consists of Neuenstadt, the villages of Stein am Kocher, Kochertürn, Cleversulzbach and Bürg and the hamlets Brambacher Hof, Buchhof and Lobenbacher Hof. Neuenstadt am Kocher is situated 3½ km southeast of Degmarn.
