Alatsee is a meromictic lake in Ostallgäu, Bavaria, Germany. At an elevation of 868 metres, its surface area is 12 hectares. Many divers have died or disappeared mysteriously in the lake due to the toxicity of the organisms living in the lake.Photo: Molgreen, CC BY-SA 4.0.

Vilsegg Castle is a former fortification in the Austrian state of Tyrol that stands about a kilometre northwest of the little town of Vils, between Pfronten and Füssen, a few hundred metres away from the Austro-German border.
