Île-Grande is an island on the north coast of Brittany, linked to the mainland by a road. Its size is about 2 km by 1 km, and there is a village on the island.

Île Milliau is an island on the coast of Brittany, France, in the commune of Trébeurden. It is the property of the Conservatoire du littoral. It is a short distance west of the port of Trébeurden, and is accessible on foot at low tide. Île Milliau is situated 3 km south of Île Losquet.
