Tor is a village within the Alins municipality of the Pallars Sobirà in Catalonia, Spain. Its municipal boundary borders with Andorra close to the spot in La Massana parish where the Vallnord ski resort complex, formed by Pal and Arinsal, is located. Tor is situated 3½ km west of Riu de l’Estany.

Arinsal is a village in Andorra, a small mountainous country in the Pyrenees mountains at the head of a valley. The old village part is clearly evident, but because it is also a ski resort it has grown a lot and has quite a number of hotels catering to this trade.
