Pettend is a village in Fejér County, Hungary. Squeezed between the 7 main road and the Budapest–Murakeresztúr railway, Pettend is a hamlet of Kápolnásnyék that occupies 5.98 km2 of gently rolling loess three kilometres east of the parent village and ten kilometres north-east of Lake Velence.

Situated between Lake Velence and the quartzitic tors of the Velence Hills, it covers 27.1 km2 of gently rising loess and ancient granite, approximately 6 kilometres from the lake shore and 50 kilometres south-west of Budapest. Pázmánd is situated 6 km northwest of Méreymajor.
