Silesian Beskids
The Beskids are a long series of mountains, with over a dozen constituent ranges, that form part of the Carpathian Mountains. Skrzyczne is a mountain in southern Poland, in the Silesian Voivodeship, close to the town of Szczyrk. It is the highest mountain of the Silesian Beskids and the fifth most topographically prominent peak in Poland.

Szczyrk is a winter sports resort in the Silesian Voivodeship of southern Poland. The town is at an elevation of 500-600 m in the Beskids mountains, and the highest local peak is Skrzyczne at 1257 m. In 2020 the population was 5700.
