Režný Újezd forms one of the eleven local parts of Velemín in the Litoměřice District, part of the Usti Region of the Czech Republic. It lies on the northeastern slope of the hill Boreč, just about 4 km west from Lovosice town and less than 3 miles southeast of Velemín.
