Kłodzko Fortress

Kłodzko Fortress is a unique fortification complex of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in southwestern Poland. The fortress once was one of the biggest strongholds in Prussian Silesia, however, in the whole German Empire, it was regarded as a minor one. Kłodzko Fortress is situated 3½ km southwest of Wojciechowice.

Kłodzko is a city of 27,000 in 2019 in Lower Silesia, in Poland. For its historical monuments it is sometimes referred to as "Little Prague". It was established as a settlement in the 10th century, and is one of the oldest towns in Poland, having been granted city rights in 1233.
