Gmina Śrem
Śrem is a town on the Warta river in west-central Poland. It is the seat of Śrem County in the Greater Poland Voivodeship. Śrem is 45 kilometres to the south of Poznań, a local road junction on the road from Poznań to Rawicz; other roads lead from the town to Września, Leszno and Głuchowo.| Tap on a place to explore it |
