Vela Luka is a small town and the only settlement in the eponymous municipality in Dubrovnik-Neretva County in southern Dalmatia, Croatia. The town is located on the western side of the island of Korčula at the bottom of a wide bay which has many indented coves. Vela Luka is situated 6 km west of Blato.

Brna is a village on the southern coast of the island of Korčula in western Croatia. In the 19th century, Brna served as an overnight base for fishermen from nearby Smokvica, and had a pier that was used for the export of wine. Brna is situated 7 km southeast of Blato.
