Donje Novo Selo is a village in the municipality of Nijemci in Vukovar-Syrmia County, Croatia. The population is 498. The etymology of the village comes from Slavic languages meaning new village, Novo Selo. Donje Novo Selo is situated 4½ km east of Crnojevci.

Otok is a town in eastern Croatia, located 20 km south of Vinkovci, in eastern Slavonia. The settlement gained the status of town by the decision of the Parliament of Croatia on July 13, 2006. Otok is situated 6 km northwest of Crnojevci.
