Crna Bara is a village in Serbia, in the Mačva region. Administratively it belongs to the municipality of Bogatić. According to the 2002 census, the village had 2,270 residents. It lies near the confluence of Drina river into Sava. Crna Bara is situated 3½ km southeast of Prud.
