Kulen Vakuf is a village in the municipality of Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kulen Vakuf was the birthplace of Bosnian Ottoman nobleman Mehmed-beg Kulenović and Džafer Kulenović, Vice President of the Axis puppet state the Independent State of Croatia.
