Killeshandra or Killashandra is a small town or village and civil parish in County Cavan, Ireland. It is located 20 kilometres west of Cavan Town. Killeshandra town has a long record of participation in the National Tidy Towns competition and has won several awards. Killashandra is situated 6 km southeast of Eylagh.

Carrigallen is a small village in County Leitrim, Ireland. It is on the R201 and R203 roads in the east of the county, 19 km west of Cavan town. As of 2016, the village had a population of 387. The village is in a civil parish of the same name. Carrigallen is situated 8 km south of Eylagh.

Belturbet is a small town on the River Erne in County Cavan, with a population in 2022 of about 1600. In Irish it's Béal Tairbirt, "mouth of the isthmus", and it grew up at a ford on the river. Boating and angling are the main reasons to visit. Ballyconnell is situated 8 km north of Eylagh.
