Öland bridge

The Öland bridge is a road bridge in Sweden that spans the Kalmar Strait, between Jutnabben in Kalmar on the mainland and Möllstorp in Algutsrum parish near Färjestaden on Öland in the Baltic Sea. Öland bridge is situated 4 km north of Midsundsgrundet.

Kalmar Cathedral is in the city of Kalmar in Småland in southeast Sweden. Located in Stortorget Square, construction began in 1660. The Cathedral was designed for the Church of Sweden by architect Nicodemus Tessin. Kalmar Cathedral is situated 3½ km northwest of Midsundsgrundet.

Grimskär

Grimskär is an island in the Kalmar Strait, Sweden, close to the city of Kalmar. During the Middle Ages, the island was probably used for executions of criminals, whose bodies were left displayed there as a warning to ships passing by.
