Svanvik is a locality situated in Orust Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. Its population in 2010 was 293. It is situated on Sweden's fourth largest island, Orust. Svanvik is situated 5 km east of Rörhomen.

Just off the Bohuslän coast, Orust is Sweden's fourth largest island. Only Gotland and Öland are larger, as well as Södertörn, which appears as a peninsula more than an island. Orust Municipality, Orusts kommun, also contains some minor islands.
