Mileševac fortress is a medieval fortification located in southwestern Serbia, 7 km east from the present day town of Prijepolje. It is situated on a steep rock overlooking Mileševka River, the Mileševa monastery and the settlement underneath it. Mileševac Fortress is situated 2½ km north of Rame.

The Mileševa Monastery is a Serbian Orthodox monastery located near Prijepolje, in southwest Serbia. It was founded by King Stefan Vladislav I, in the years between 1234 and 1236. Mileševa Monastery is situated 3½ km north of Rame.
