Miquelon-Langlade is the larger but less populated of the two communes making up the French overseas collectivity of Saint Pierre and Miquelon, located 22 km to the south of Newfoundland in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Miquelon Island is situated 6 km north of Grand Barachois.
