Linstead is a town in the parish of St. Catherine, Jamaica, in the West Indies. In 2011 its population was 15,231. It is located 12 miles NNW of Spanish Town.

Bog Walk is a town in the parish of Saint Catherine, Jamaica. In 1898 work started on a hydroelectric power plant on the Rio Cobre near Bog Walk. The plant was completed the next year and used to power Kingston's tramway system. Bog Walk is situated 6 km southeast of Banbury.
