Sabanagrande is a municipality in the Honduran department of Francisco Morazán. People make a living by planting corn and beans and selling them on the market. Many people also sell rosquillas. Cattle is also raised and cheese and other products are sold.

La Venta is a municipality in the south of the Honduran department of Francisco Morazán. It is approximately 52 km from the national capital, Tegucigalpa, and lies just off the Pan-American Highway. La Venta is situated 10 km southwest of San José.
