The Pico Piedras Blancas, at 4,737 metres, is the highest mountain of the Sierra de la Culata range in the Mérida State, and the fifth-highest mountain in Venezuela. Pico Piedras Blancas is situated 3½ km east of Quebrada Mibabá.
